We’re delighted to offer complimentary, personally delivered orders to our neighbouring communities.

Aurora & Newmarket: Enjoy free local delivery on purchases of $50 or more.

Vaughan, Central Toronto, Barrie, Markham & King: Enjoy free local delivery on purchases of $200 or more.

Local deliveries are personally arranged by The Story of Love, adding a thoughtful touch to your shopping experience.

For orders outside our local delivery areas, shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Order Processing

Most in-stock orders are prepared and shipped within 24 hours of purchase during regular business days.

Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email notification confirming that it’s on its way.

Please don’t hesitate to contact me through our website. I’ll be happy to check whether I can order it for you.

Ring Orders & Special Sizing

Rings shown as available in our online catalogue are ready for immediate shipping.

For alternative ring sizes, please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared.

Special sizing requests or items temporarily unavailable from our suppliers may require 6–8 weeks. I’ll be happy to discuss availability and estimated delivery times before you place your order.

Please allow approximately five business days for custom orders to be completed and prepared for shipping.
